Prior to joining American Network Commercial, Mr. Tankoos was the Vice President of First New York Realty in midtown Manhattan. Mr. Tankoos’ responsibilities included management and leasing (including all aspects of Tenant and Landlord improvements) for Bush Towers 130 W 42nd Street, a 231,000 sq. ft. 30 story office building. Since joining American Network Commercial, Mr. Tankoos has emphasized in Tenant and Landlord Representation, Acquisition and disposition of assets. A partial list of current and former clients include Tropicana South East Sales Division, Pepsi South American Division, Ricoh Engineering Corporation, Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Salvation Army, Piccadilly’s Cafeterias, SSR Engineering Firm, Chubb Insurance and many others.
