Description
BAY PINES MOBILE HOME PARK
Bay Pines Mobile Home Community is in the historic area of Palm Bay, Florida. Palm Bay is the largest city in Brevard County and the second largest city in the state of Florida (100 square miles), with Jacksonville being the largest. The park sits directly across from the Indian River, which stretches 55 miles to the North and South of Palm Bay. The Indian River is approximately 2 miles wide with beaches all along the east and west banks. The river is the perfect habitat for fresh water springs, fish, oysters and wildlife.
Palm Bay is the fastest growing city in the state with the focus being on development and future growth of the city. The area surrounding this property is considered the Treasure Coast of Florida. When this portion of Palm Bay starts to get developed (which should be first), this particular property also has river frontage with riparian water rites. It’s only a matter of time before this land gets developed, and in turn the property value will increase tremendously.
Palm Bay is also the home to several major golf and country clubs such as Bay Tree National Country Club, Majors Golf Club at Bayside lakes and Habitat Country Club, just to name a few.
The park size is 4.64 acres and accommodates thirty-eight (38) mobile home sites plus two (2) commercial buildings: one single and one two story building. The two-story building houses two 2bd./1ba. apartments. One is rented and the other is vacant.
The park is serviced by public utilities, city water and sewer. Each site is separately metered for utilities. All tenants pay their own electric. All tenants pay for their water, sewer and trash pick- up.
