Hillside MHP is located in the historic area of Palm Bay, Florida. Palm Bay is the second largest city in the state of Florida with Jacksonville being the largest. The park sits directly across from the Indian River (Inter-coastal Waterway)and owns Indian River water frontage with Riparian Rights equal to 216 lineal feet. Palm Bay is growing exponentially with new developments up and down the treasure coast. The park is 2.6 acres, and accommodates twenty (20) mobile home sites, plus, three (3) commercial buildings. There are currently sixteen (16) occupied sites, one (1) mgr. site and three (3) vacant sites. All sites are separately metered for utilities. One (1) of the three commercial buildings is leased to a pool installation company. The park is serviced by public utilities: city water / sewer. The tenants pay their own utilities and the park includes the trash pick in the rent fee.
